Our 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive understanding of yoga, combining traditional yogic teachings with practical training and modern approaches to yoga education. The program is suitable for students who wish to deepen their personal practice, understand the philosophy and science of yoga, and develop the knowledge and confidence required to teach yoga professionally.

The training follows a multi-style approach and covers Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, adjustment, teaching methodology, sequencing, and practical teaching sessions. Students also explore Yoga Nidra, yogic cleansing practices, mantra and chanting, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and yogic lifestyle.

*Residential Accommodation*

The program is a residential training, allowing students to stay at the ashram throughout the course and fully immerse themselves in the yogic environment. Accommodation options are available according to the student’s preferred room category. Living together with fellow practitioners creates a supportive environment for learning, practice, connection, and personal growth.

*Daily Yogic Meals*

The program includes three freshly prepared vegetarian yogic meals each day. The meals are designed to support students during their intensive yoga practice and follow a simple, wholesome and sattvic approach. Vegan and gluten-free meal requirements can also be accommodated upon request.

*Yoga Props and Learning Materials*

Students have access to the yoga props and equipment required for their training, along with instructional and study materials that support both their practical sessions and theoretical learning.

*Excursions and Cultural Experience*

Alongside the training, students have opportunities to experience the spiritual and cultural atmosphere of Rishikesh. The school is surrounded by the Himalayan foothills and situated along the sacred Ganges River. Guided excursions, cultural experiences, workshops, sound healing and other activities allow students to explore the local surroundings while experiencing Indian culture and spirituality.

Students joining the residential program receive complimentary pickup from Dehradun Airport, making their arrival in Rishikesh convenient and comfortable.

*Yoga Alliance-Recognised Certification*

Upon successful completion of the 200-hour training, students receive a Yoga Alliance-recognised 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate. The training provides students with the knowledge and practical foundation required to continue their journey as yoga practitioners and teachers.

The program starts on the *1st of every month* and ends on the *25th of every month*, providing a complete *25-day residential 200-hour yoga teacher training experience*.

By the end of the program, students will have developed a stronger personal yoga practice, a deeper understanding of yogic philosophy and practices, practical knowledge of anatomy and alignment, and the foundational skills needed to confidently guide yoga classes.
